First, NWC is owned by 3DO, and therefore has no privileges. AFAIK no provisions have been made for returning independent privileges to NWC now that 3DO is bankrupt. I like the title 'Shadows of M&M' but legally it comes to the same: 3DO (or rather the curators) can just as easily object to it as they can against the use of MM10, MMT or MM Tribute.
