I have puased all un-essential start programs from boot up.. that brought me to %17 resources used. I t still does the same thing it takes 22 seconds to get the paper doll up or the main (sub) menu. I have just finnished installing the latest 4 in 1 drivers. I have loaded it up gone to the paper doll and.... its till the same  I am now going to try old nvidia drivers as my (I think) last resort.. Anyhow thanks fellas.
