It would be relativelt simple to, say, give all the monsters more HP or AC, boost their resistance or lower the XP you get from their death. Actually, I'm a little surprised this hasn't already been done. Feel free to start a discussion on what global adjustments should be made for a standardized, high-difficulty game.
