    I used to do solo knight solo troll solo lich and now feel like solo dark elf but this bug puts me off a little.

    GOG never fixes anything, but a few skilled fans have made fixes to the games -- notably Mok ans GrayFace. Below is a link to GrayFace's patches. They include all of Mok's earlier fixes. I didn't find any references to GM Bow in the list of fixes, but it might be covered under something else. I do know that GrayFace was aware of that bug.
