I was shooting at a monster I cast Paralyze on and I realised that my Dark Elf using a Noblebone Bow was not doing damage to it. I Dispelled the paralysis and I could damage it with explosive arrows again. A bug? Don't have my MM7 disc with me but I suspect it may be the case in MM7 too.
