Some ideas. There is Stone Circle actually without special tasks. In my opinion could be good Alliance not from three, but from five. If we exchange tasks for Knigts/Dragons and Necromancers/Clerics instead to fight each other, but somebody else (Stone Circle could be one place for that), it could work. Currier Guild in some way will be usefull also. BTW MM8 is great game for solo. Could think from this prospective also.
