Also, there are artifacts in THREE places in Ironsand (one outside and two up to four in two other dundeons). AFAIK the dungeons in DWI, Ravenshore, Murmurwoods, Ironsand, Alvar, Ravage Roaming, and GG (except the Dragon Cave) respawn every two years. Hope this helps
