Check your settings. Go to the folder where it is in...im assuming its C:/ if not just switch the letter. Go here: "C:\Program Files\3DO\Might and Magic VIII\MM8Setup.Exe" If you have any other changes fix them. Check the acceleration.If it is hardware try software. That worked for me.
