I don't think it's right that publishers buy the rights to games and then don't make those games available - Ubi could probably make MMVIII available via download for a fee - but we shouldn't go down the path of "it's not stealing if nobody wants it." When I wrote my first post, I wasn't aware Ubi had the rights to the entire series, I thought maybe they just bought the rights to continue making games with the M&M name. But if they own it, copying any M&M disc is in fact stealing....
