Firstly, can't remember if the right arm is actually on Evermorn - doesn't ring a bell but assuming you're right.But the map to Evermorn (which is also the first Preist promotion) in the Tidewater Caverns is actually on an island in the map of Tatalia. You do need fly or water walk to get there safely, but if you pick the right point of the map, it is possible to jump & walk across before you take enough drowning damage to kill you. Then just rest up & hit the Caverns.
