Fountains, like the Nighon and Erathia ones, are supposed to give temporary +stats that last until you rest. The thing about the Celeste one, like I said, stops working. It doesn't even say "Refreshing!" like it does in other fountains if you drink more than once. It is as if you cannot activate it.
