First, try using your install disk on another PC. If it works, then there's something on your PC that's preventing the install from completing. The first thing to do would be to use Windows Explorer to navigate to what should probably be your c:\program files\3DO\Might and Magic VII directory. While it is ill-advised to just delete an entire folder such as this, you may need to manually remove this folder, then clean out your recycle bin and then try to install. Just becuase the install didn't complete doesn't mean that something didn't get screwed up on your drive in the attempt. If the disk does not work on another PC, or if the steps I've given you fail, then you may need to buy another copy. I recently did have the install disk on my MM7 go bad, and I had to replace it.
