It's entirely possible I'm just forgetting a step in the vanilla game, but I did the quests with the available 3 individuals in the 4-house Resurrectra area of Celeste and I don't have anything else to do right now. I've done all the promotion quests on the side and cleaned out every quest I can think of other than Arcomage and the bugged Rawn Talreisch guardian plate delivery. Can't figure out how to progress from here. I could just go straight to Eeofel, but I thought we needed to get the Wise/Tolberti quest.
