| You can always find enchanted items that will more than compensate for the small loss in AC. Mark you, it's not always easy to keep track of what your characters are wearing so that you can take advantage of small increments — swapping a +3 shield for a +5 shield, say, or a small +3 shield for a a different +3 shield with a better inherent AC. |
