You do not have to train each time you are eligible. Do it every x number of levels. I often train only 2 or 3 times the whole game. It cost the same 8 days no matter how many levels you do in that session. So to train from 1 to 20 is only 8 days. Some times I train every time I can, just depends on how I feel.
