From an old post by Zedd: "The Scroll is in one of the chests in the small room containing a couple of skeletons on the 2nd level of the first Barrow you enter from the Hill near the Tavern when you enter from Harmondale. That Barrow used to be Barrow VII, but it not anymore." Happy searching! |
