Playing BDJ's mod, ready to pick Dark path however Judge Sleen is not in the Deyja tavern where he normally is. In fact, the Dark ambassador never even appeared in my castle - only the Light ambassador. What am I missing?

Also, when the War Clock began, the elf & human ambassadors appeared in my castle as normal, but they did not invite me to meet with the king/queen, and the throne rooms to each were locked. 4 months later the "war" ended with no participation on my part (ie false Loren/Riverstride plans quests, trumpet etc). Feeling a little dissatisfied - have I missed anything again?
