I don't remember the exact order of doing things but this should hopefully be close. Do advisor quests. I think the soul jars have to come from the castle in the Pit. I don't believe the Thunderfist Mountain jars will work. Talk to the person in Celeste castle after doing advisor quests. Talk to Robert the Wise. He might automatically talk to you after finishing the quest but I don't remember anymore. Go to Pit and go to where Tolberti house is. In one of the nearby houses either Wise or Tolberti will give you a quest that is located in the old Tolberti house. Do quest and talk to person in Celeste castle. Than do control cube quest which is located in Setag house. After that finish game like normal.
