Found the 3rd signal fire. Reloaded the game prior to receiving the quest, got the quest from the stablemaster, lit all 3 fires, nothing happens. Went to the fort, went to Harmondale, waited by the signal fires, nothing, waited for several days, nothing. What am I missing here?
