I would imgine that you coul go to the Options menu and set a quicksave key that is different from the default. Failing that try to find the MM7 ini file and if there is a QS option there, set it to 0. In all of Grayface's patches, a 1 means disabled and a 0 enabled. As a last resort, try adding the line Quicksave=0 to the ini file. THat may work, you can always delete the line if it doesn't.
