can't normally learn Dark Magic either, but in Rev4 all magic users are granted Dark Magic at the Master level when you elimiate the "bad atmy" after allying with the Dark side. Trouble is with Archie's Throne Room locked, there is no way to ugrade it to Grandmaster. I am told that is Maestro's mod there is a way to do even that, but I (and several others) get a game killimg crash near colony Zod so I have removed Maestro's mod from my system.
