However, the bank says that before they can send the check they need some cover for the risk of sending a check to your part of the world  , a small fee for the exchange rate and some additional fee for administration and postage. Banks really are greedy. However if you send me a package withy just $1000053.16 in small unmarked bills, I'll be happy to deal with the hazzle of getting the bank to do something  . I'm sure the billions will arrive really soon after that. Seriously, keep safe. |
