Parties of all melee of the same character don't work out very well, especially in the 2nd half of the game. You have no good way to deal with status effects. It's especially a problem with enemies that can RIP and eradicate you on hit. You can use scrolls if you have no magic users, but it's a real pain. Also a lot of the monk's high damage comes from the buff Light magic spells and with no cleric or sorcerer you don't have access to. Also not having GM Regeneration makes it harder towards the end. Since you've played through with magic heavy parties I might suggest trying a might heavy group. Some good ones are KMTC, KKTC, KTAC. You also could try the default party if you haven't yet. Also if your really set on a monk heavy party you could try MMMC.
