Original Message:   mm7 installation issue

I recently got a new computer and cant install mm7 on it, it is windows xp and i remember on my last computer i had to download mok's patch to install, i tried it on this computer and cant even get mok's patch installed without the game being installed in the first place, grayface's patch didnt even help, installation stops at 6% and i get an error because i cant transfer: d3dsprite. hwl Plz help thanks
