If you love playing with a souped up party thats fine with me I just think that this game is so great a certain amount of "purity" is required to enjoy it.

Don't get me wrong the second time I played through I gave my party an absurd amount of power and just wiped everything out. Fun, but more of a novelty I guess. I Like Zedd's ironman mode, but I don't think I would have to skill/patience to do it. That might be my next party idea .

However you play is great, since it is after all, a great game.
