TCC with that mode installed as I didn't like it so I can't comment on it's validity. After you have received the quested from the Archmage Promoter in Bracada, that portal always has taken me to the hidden temple where the book of unmaking is located. As I said, I can't speak for TCC modded with anything other than BDJ's mod without aditions. Sorry, maybe someone else can help.
