I wasn't sure since I never give my Druid anything but a pair of daggers anyway and I don't like offesinve magic either. I only use a druid for travel, healing, and the occasional buff. And I never play with less than 4 characters anyway. I have always thought, however, that a Druid should be able to GM Self and Elemental Magics OR learn the mirrored path up to the Master level. Since that is not the case then ya gotta live with it. KKCD, for me, is a good party in MM7, or better yet KTCD. Just my opinion though.
