| Rings and amulets *cannot* be "of Arms". Weapons: only artifacts (Wallace), you cannot enchant a weapon to "of Arms" yourself. Therefore, only certain pieces of armor. I know that you can enchant "of Arms" gloves, helmets and shields. Maximum enchanting is +12 at Master level and +17 at GM level. I don't know whether Wallace stacks with a "normal" "of Arms" items. It need not, you need to check. |
