There's no Endoria in the Might and Magic series, but I'm about 90% sure it's intended as an amalgam of Enroth (the land of Heroes I, II and MM6) and Erathia (the land of Heroes III and MM7).

Well spotted by the way - I wouldn't have realised this little potential easter egg if you hadn't called it to attention!
