I'm used to relying on the fighter classes to do the damage, and using Light magic to buff the party up. But I heard on here that CSSS was extremely powerful for a Dark magic party with shrapmetal, so I thought I'd give that a try.

I'm about level 6 or 7 and still need to clear out Harmondale Castle. It is more challenging than my previous KKCS, but a fun kind of challenge so far.

Just a few questions for those who have experience with the Dark magic-heavy party: 1. So far, bows and bless are my main weapons. When should magic become the regular monster-masher? When I master the elemental magics (except Earth, chose to skip on that one), or when I learn Dark magic? 2. What NPCs do you recommend? I have a standard healer now, which is always nice. The reason I ask is that by choosing the all-magic party, lots of secondary skills are out-of-reach. 3. Related to #2, after making my party, I realized that the Disarm Trap skill can't be learned by Clerics or Sorcerers. Any ideas? Thanks!
