First o fall the promotions thing. The Festival of the 5 Moons will not end until you have completed all four of the courrier quests. Since you you are looking for a teleporter hub, I assume you have been gievn at least the first of those quests, The teleporter HUB is not located in Pierpont nor is it even in the Tularean Forest. It is located in the small village in Harmondale (where the Might well used to be). There is also no Home Portal pedestal in the Tularan Forest. All the other places where you have keys (given to you by the Chief Courier) have home portal pedestals which can be used when you join the Courier Guild and she gives you that key. The home Portal, when used, returns you to Erathia. The one exception is the Emerald Island key (which doos not have a home portal either). That key can only be used at the teleporter near the stables in Bracada desert and is given to you when you complete the Dwarf King's wuest and unstone his miners in the Red Dwarf Mine. You can teleport to Harmondale and the Tularean Forest by buying a portal pass from Tony Tunes in the Steadwick Tavern (200 GP) and allows you a one way trip to either of those destinations using the white teleportes in fron of the Town Hall in Steadwick. 200 GP each time you want to use them, however. There is no home portal in either Harmondale or Tularia. Each time you accpet a Courier Quest and complete it, the individual quest giver will give you a portal key to that destination which now can be used at the portal hub in Harmondale.
