In TB mode GM Bow skill at 30 (170 skill points) plus Speed at 200. And high level Bless spell (about Spirit 20 w/Cloak of Light Magic) three archers (one with Elfish chain of Recovery) and a cleric or paladin. IMHO in real-time mode and with A-button glued down Bow level 16/17 (170 skill points) will be sufficient. In all cases Luck, Air Res and Mind Res should be 100+. That way, bows will function as blasters.
