I was missing the scroll from Erathia - I thought I'd gotten it already, but I hadn't. Thanks for the info about maxing out the existing abilities. If you hadn't warned me, I might have been stuck without a light magic caster. Everyone in the party is fully promoted, but I wasn't aware of the consequences of changing class prematurely.
