... "Chance to double To Hit" and not "Chance to halve AC of opponent." As far as I can tell, the math is pretty much the same, so I guess it's somewhat fussy to care whether the game doubles the attacker's TH or halves the defender's AC.

But if you think about someone swingin' an axe around, seems more likely that they'll reduce the quality of the opponent's armor than score some precision hits (as with a sword).
