The Minotaur King (or whatever he's called) sometimes drops an extra-powerful Minotaur Axe. There's only one. The bow needs special repairs. Complete the quest. But it won't give 10-20 fire damage or +25 strength ever, not in any of the versions. And even the adjusted perfect bow doesn't do anything near 5d6+18 damage. Sounds like that site is a crock of hooey! You should send them e-mails filled with vile cussing!
