Original Message:   The five items
you picked up along with the Plate armor - Guantlets, belt, cloak, and helm - IS the Panoply. As Edelward said, put all those five items in one characters's inventory (Usually character 1), make sure he is the highlighted one and talk to the angel in the castle.
