The key to EI will be given to the party upon completion of the Dwarf King's quest to free the 7 drawves from the Mine. The (only) expert fire magic "teacher" is the Grand Master Fire Magic Teacher on EI (Blayze). You must complete his quest to find the lost scroll of Wonka, upon which completion he will award all elemental magic users in the party with Expert Fire Magic (+8 skill points). |
