The download named MM7Rev4modF (celestialheavens.com/mm7/MM7Rev4modF.zip).

I did a full reinstall of the game including patches and the mod. Same result, I can only choose Celeste and Nighon when I cast Town Portal (from a scroll as well as from a character's spellbook).
