It could be not at all, of course. Just my way to fulfill this quest, nothing more. About Eofol. I like also to kill titans and dragons. Devils not, for me to heawy get Meteor shower and you know, I usually have low level party - it is deadly.
About Mist did the same. It is possible to run without Invisibility.
One more thing. While playing MM8 there is situation with Obelisks. When you visited ALL of them, you receiving information about Unicorn King. The question is - killing this King and geting the key is cheating or not, in your opinion, if your party did not visited all Obelisks? King will appear anyway in certain time.
