It's up to you, to throw items away or not, but this mod isn't designed for soloing or level 1 game. I'm not saying, it is impossible to win playing in such manner, but for me later on it is very boring to kill tons of weak monsters withot those carnage bows. Why not to put those weapons in some box and return for them later on? They might be useful at least in couple locations - Deyja and Barrow Downs. Beware - BD respawn time now is significantly decreased and you'll need them more you probably are suspecting.
