Playing mod (Rev3 or 4) it is very easy. Just you have to have at least Master Water magic in party (or some scrolls). From Braccada Teleport to Arena, after battle - Town Portal to Harmondale and Town portal to Celeste - jump down to Braccada and start from teleport again. In some hours game time you will visited Arena necessary 5 times.
In basic game Patfinder/Tracker should not work. Way to go to Arena is using horses, so my assumption is that Horseman should work (-2 days) and possibly Explorer also (-1 day) in total -3, so way from Arena back could take 1 day only. (teoretically)
