BDJ told me they were replacements for the first "Modder's Precious" that was dropped by one of the Blue Dragons in Rev2 and 3, becasue that one was buggy. Neither of those new rings in the Blue Dragon Key Chest in Harmondale Castle seem to work either, so I don;t know what to say.
