My logic on that one is that they arrived in Erathia (the nearest port to Harmondale), inquired at the stables there for transportation and, finding that there was not service to Harmondale, hiked overland and upon seing the goblin army, climbed over the hill near the small village. Anyway, I have always killed AlL the goblins (including the White Cliff Guards) and Grognard's relief force before I use the stables anyway . .
