as far I know, there is a limit to the available relics/artefacts. Once I looted Wromtrax for 14 things, and this imho, is a limit. After it you can for sure find an artefact/relic only in Clanker's an Zod. Set beacons inside, wait for respawn and pick them up again. IIRC, Klar did this once and it took ~14 years to collect them all.
