You have to see Blayze, the GM Fire Magic teacher, on EI . . he will give you a quest to get the Lost Scroll of Wonka. Once you have it, go back to him snd he will give all Elemental casters the Expert Fire Magic skill with 8 points. This is the ONLY wa to get Expert Fire Magic!
