you just deen an if formula along the lines of if goblins=dead then stable=open else stable = closed however the goblins and stable will probably be dimmed under another name. There is an example of this in both MM7 and MM8 when hammondale and ravenshore are raided by goblins and pirates (respectively) every house is closed.
