1. "A possible oversit, D. Falk, the Priest/Priest of Light Promotion NPC, will promote Priests regardless of whether or not all of the Courier Quests are finished. Also he only promotes to Priest of Dark even if your party has chosen the Light Path. My poor LIGHT PATH priest became a Priest of Dark upon promotion .. I fixed it with an editor, but I'm sure this is also an oversite."

Thanks for reporting the priest promotion bug.

2. "I could find NO Home Portal pedestal anywhere in Tataila, even though I was told (at Courier HQ) that there was one there. I suspect that BDJ intended the Heroism Pedistal (since it the only Red Pedestal in Tatalia) next to the Temple to be the Home Portal, since the Hub returns you to that area when using the Tatalia Key, but it is still the Heroism Pedestal."

There IS 1 Home Portal pedestal in Tatalia... Talk to Wacko. He will tell you what the teleporter is

3. "I keep getting the message that it is too dangerous to enter the White Cliff Caves even though my party is fully promoted, with (almost) all spells and is nearly level 50. I'm sure there is something I need to do to gain access, but what must be done is unclear (I suspect that finding the all the Saint's Scrolls has something to do with it)."

You will have to complete the Paladin promotion quest. If you cant handle this.. look at the mm7revmod downloadpage. There is a SPOILER about the Saint's Scrolls.

4. "On EI, I was told by an NPC that the retired mage BDJ would cross train characters once they achieved "Grandwaster" status in their profession. I assume by that he meant fully promoted and maybe, GM in all appliciable skills. My party is fully promoted and nearly there in GMing the applicable skills, but no sign of BDJ!"

And you won't find him! Late in the development process, BDJ decided to leave the 'hooks' in the game, and require the course students to complete this task before moving on to the advanced topics. BDJ is an **assignmnet** for the students. But don't worry. There will be something else that occurs late in the game that makes up for the absense of BDJ. An unusual alliance and a much-sought-after reward! Wait and see.
