… they don't raise the dead or resurrect party members. For that you need either an Expert Healer (heals every kind of condition except stoned, dead or eradicated) or a Master Healer (heals every kind of condition including eradicated but takes 50% of all the gold you find). If your character is still dead or unconscience after using your NPC Healer, you'll need to get to a friedly temple for complete healing.
