Are you asking about the three wntrances to the Barrows in the Barrow Downs? If so, entrance number 7 (VII), is just over the bridge from where you entered the Downs from Harmondale. just follow the road to the top of the hill and you will see an entrance there. SPOILER You will need three keys to open the sliding panels so you can navigate throughout the Downs themselves. These key are located in chests fount in Barrows VII, IX, and X.
