For it seems that when fighting Gargoyles or Harpies (or whatever) face-to-face, about 1 per 25 attacks causes a condition, whereas when one is off to the side and cannot be seen, it seems like 1 per 10 attacks causes a condition. Until now, however, I always figured it was just in my head, because I had never seen it addressed. |
